About Emma

Emma Sharp graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master’s degree
in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Emperor’s College in
Santa Monica. She is also trained and certified in massage therapy,
aromatherapy, reflexology and applied kinesiology.
Emma treats patients with chronic or minor illness, those in
pain, wanting to lose weight, stop smoking or just stay healthy.
She offers a number of healing modalities including a unique healing
system new to the States that allows the benefits of acupuncture
without the use of needles. She is the first acupuncturist in
the US to be certified in this modality – Nutripuncture.
Because she uses a number of healing tools, Emma is often able
to have quick results for her patients. Her use of muscle-testing
ensures that each patient gets exactly what he or she needs, no
more, no less.
“I believe that anything can be healed. My personal philosophy
is that as a healthcare practitioner I provide the healing space
and the tools to empower people to heal themselves. It is my goal
to raise the consciousness of patients about their health.
I draw from a range of tools, because in my experience different
modalities work best for different people. The treatment program
for each patient is unique, some patients need to work with several
different modalities others do not. I feel it is important not
to overwhelm patients and give them a plan with which they feel
comfortable. However I feel that my diverse approach enables me
to help more people. The feedback I get from patients is that
I am able to offer more than the average acupuncturist. I am 100
per cent committed to my patients healing and enjoy working most
with those who are equally highly motivated,” says Emma.
Emma teaches and lectures on health in the Los Angeles area and
has recently been featured in the book "Inspiration
to Realization, Volume II".
